After hearing hours of testimony on a bill to ban discrimination against transgender people, Baltimore County Council members said Tuesday they would consider exempting public restrooms and locker rooms from the measure.

I really don’t understand why the hell they would try policing bathrooms and keeping transgender people from going into the restroom that represents their social identity. This isn’t a safety issue concern for non-trans people, this IS a safety issue for trans individuals who are just seeking a place to relieve themselves *gasp* I know…shocker right.

Crap, if they are going to start playing this game, then how about making another stupid law that bans ALL male politicians from using public restrooms since one or two have been caught cruising in them. This is just ridiculous. If you live in Baltimore County, I encourage you to let the Council know how stupid this is.
