I'm preparing to start giving myself injections of T in the next week or so, I've gone from a compounded cream to injections to save some money. Do you have any good resources for self-injecting? I've watched doctors' videos on youtube and such but I'm kind of nervous about injecting myself.

Hi,

I recommend that you go to your provider and have them show you how to do it. When I first started T, I went to my provider for the first three shots. The first one the nurse gave me, the second one I prepped and tried to inject but got scared so she finished it, and the third one I just took in a deep breath and with her watching plunged the needle in. There are some great videos out there, but I think having a trained professional with you in the room is the best way to learn. Depending on where you live, some places even have self-injection clinics. I hope that this helps.

Ryan
